The last couple of days have passed very quickly as there always appears to be a lot to do. Not that any of it is important but things like walking the dog, not a great problem except that the weather has been so good and my health has improved to the point that Julie and I are walking the dog for miles, yesterday we were out for two hours and discovered a new section of footpath across a lovely meadow further up the river.
We disturbed a buzzard in a tree close to us and managed to get a couple of great pictures. I decided to take my DSLR with telephoto lens on our walks so that I can capture anything that moves.
Wednesday was just the best weather, like a summers day around 23 deg c and light breeze we decided to spend the afternoon in the garden. I happened to have the camera on the outside table and picked it up in time to see a beautiful Heron right overhead it was being bombed and attacked by several seagulls probably protecting a nest site. Anyway made for a good picture.
